Do you want to be a Yoga Therapist? Week Two

If sitting is the new smoking, then texting might be next.  Do you find yourself and others with a literal pain the neck (&/or shoulders) more often these days?

After a day off, we are back in the classroom for Week Two, learning all about the upper back area, including the more delicate areas of the spine:  thoracic and cervical.

Working in small groups, practicing writing case studies, we are learning to see what the body is trying to tell us.
