Do you want to be a Yoga Therapist?

Know anybody with back issues?  Or maybe, do you know anyone who has not had back issues?  Days Three, Four and Five are all about the low back and hips.  Knees too.

In training, we learn the intake process of how to ask the right questions to clients, a notable characteristic of Yoga Therapy.  A Yoga Therapist really takes time to listen and understand the full picture.

And a most important point, Gary stresses, is to not let your preconceived notions get in the way.  Worry less about all of the things that might be going on with your client and start with one simple issue that seems obvious.

As Gary says, “Empty yourself of yourself.”
