Certified 500 hour Viniyoga Teacher, Viniyoga Therapist-in-Training

Lea began practicing yoga in high school and immediately felt the benefits it had to offer.

In 2014 Lea became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through WellHeart Yoga School in Portland, Maine and a Children's Level I yoga teacher through ShivaShakti School of Yoga in Union, Maine. In 2017 she received her 500-hour teaching certificate through the American Viniyoga Institute.

Lea currently teaches both studio and specialty classes through her local hospital, and works one on one with students.
