I teach a community yoga class at the YMCA so that private clients will have a place to practice yoga. I love living in Casper, Wyoming and enjoy the opportunity to hike, snow-shoe and cross-country ski.

I have completed a 500-hour Viniyoga Foundations training and Gary Kraftsow’s Yoga Therapy training. In order for students and clients to experience a totally integrated practice, I often include pranayama, chanting and meditation, in addition to asana. My main goal is to help clients participate in managing their physical, mental and emotional challenges while gaining control over positive, life-sustaining choices through a personal practice.
