American Viniyoga Institute

Let Viniyoga change the way you practice & teach.

Maybe you’ve heard how Viniyoga adapts to the individual. Or maybe you’ve experienced the power of the Viniyoga lineage in a workshop or conference with Gary Kraftsow or Mirka Scalco Kraftsow. Perhaps you have enjoyed classes with a local Viniyoga teacher and felt the profound effects of breath-centered asana?
