The Viniyoga Foundations Program for Teaching and Yoga Therapy is an immersion in the Viniyoga tradition and personal practice with a thorough study of asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, teaching methodology and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras for teaching individuals and groups. To qualify for 500-hour Viniyoga Teacher Certification, you must complete 4 sessions of AVI Teacher Training or an approved equivalent.

This (Session 4) completes the 500-hour teacher training with a focus on Advanced Teaching Methodology and Inner Practice.

Tuition for Session 4 is due: January 10, 2013

Please note: to be eligible for this program, you must have completed Sessions 1-3 of VFP11, or both sessions of FYT09 or FYT11, or Sessions 1-3 of a past Viniyoga Teacher Training. 　If you are a certified Viniyoga Teacher-500hr please contact Stephanie Harding at stephanieh@viniyoga.com for registration information.
