What to Expect
200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor
TYPICAL SCHEDULE
Start Time on Thursday at 9:30 am / Depart Time on Sunday at 3:00 pm
Each training day is full and includes 6 to 9 hours of lectures, practice, and experiential learning. There will be meal breaks scheduled and access to restaurants within walking distance of the Clarus Center.
