200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor
Deepen Personal Practice. Inspire Others.Join us for this time-honored and authentic tradition of Viniyoga as transmitted by Viniyoga Teachers and Viniyoga Therapists trained by Gary Kraftsow. The 200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor Training is a pathway to 300 hr Advanced Viniyoga Studies, in preparation for Viniyoga Therapist Training
AUTHENTIC TRANSMISSION focusing on Viniyoga principles of breath and movement, biomechanics of asana, safe sequencing and adaptation of postures
COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH including pranayama, chanting, meditation and Yoga philosophy
TEACHING METHODOLOGY for individuals and groups
DEVELOPMENT OF your personal practice & teaching with the help of a Viniyoga Teacher/Viniyoga Therapist mentor
ELIGIBILITY TO teach Viniyoga Wellness Programs developed for corporate worksites and enter advanced professional training with Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute, including a 300 hour Advanced Viniyoga Studies program (for RYT-500) and the Viniyoga Therapist Training
