As a follow up to Gary's recent workshop in Portland, Oregon, we'd like to introduce two American Viniyoga Institute-trained teachers and therapists in the area. We're proud of our graduates and would love for you to have the opportunity to practice with these gifted professionals.
Lloyd Pauze, RYT 500, AVI Certified Viniyoga Therapist
Lloyd is a long time practitioner who has studied various lineages of yoga. He was certified by the American Viniyoga Institute in 2004 and also has completed his AVI's Viniyoga Therapist Training. Lloyd taught dance majors for many years and is now teaching credited yoga classes for the Portland Community College. The combination of the two disciplines allows his imagination to use Viniyoga principles to create and explore injury preventative sequences, using the breath as a motivator for stretching and movement in a safe environment and adding appropriate application of pranayama and meditation. He lives in Beaverton Oregon and teaches group and private sessions. Long-time clients of Lloyd’s said "My wife and I have been students of Lloyd Pauze and Viniyoga for about 13 years. We are very elderly, I am 91 and my wife is 83, The Yoga ,as taught by Lloyd, has proven to be a boon to our aging...for which we are very thankful. It has given us a freedom of movement and attitude not found in most our age. Thanks."
