Aspire to Inspire Others in the Viniyoga Tradition

A beautiful, diverse and thoughtful group of students from several countries gathered for Session #1 of the American Viniyoga Institute's Viniyoga Foundations Program at Mount Madonna Center, Watsonville, CA on July 24, 2011. The first session of the program covered personal practice, the biomechanics of movement, sequencing, adaptation and an introduction to yoga philosophy and the yoga sutras.

We are honored by the dedicated group of students and faculty that gathered in July and will continue to meet for 3 more sessions to learn and integrate the foundations of Viniyoga for personal practice and transformation, teaching and as preparation to enter the AVI Viniyoga Therapist Training.
