Workshops
AVI offers workshops at various venues around the country as an opportunity to immerse yourself in the work of Gary Kraftsow or Mirka Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga ™ Institute. Participation in a workshop with them can be beneficial for teachers and students of different yoga methodologies as well as beginners interested in deepening their practice.
These events are held for three to five days, and are designed to give each practitioner an experiential understanding of the yogic "tools and teachings" presented in this time.
Each workshop is a complete program in itself. They are not sequential and can be enjoyed individually or in any order.
These seminars can also be taken to prepare for AVI's Professional Certification Programs.
