AVI offers In-Depth Studies Seminars at various venues around the country as an opportunity to immerse yourself in the work of Gary Kraftsow, Mirka Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga ™ Institute. These seminars are for all levels yoga students, yoga teachers, health professionals, and everyone interested in deepening their understanding and experience of Yoga for personal and/or professional reasons.
